Up to the highest height?

I am so absolutely amused at the change in seasons. In most neighborhoods it would mean that people would start decorating for the fall, lights might start getting strung on the houses, etc. That is NOT how it works in my neighborhood. For the past few years the end of the season means that the kite tree across the street ceases to collect kites. There are no leaves in the trees, so instead of changing colors, the kites become more and more dilapidated. Eventually the snow will cover them and we will wait for their emergence in the spring.

Actually, our kite tree has become renowned in the areas surrounding our neighborhood. I often see cars slow down and fingers point up toward the tallest branches. Sometimes people stop, get out of their car and take pictures. Well, I have decided to pay tribute to the beacon of the neighborhood seasonal changes by posting a picture of the increasingly famous kite tree.
